Since commencing Pilates at your studio in October 2007 I can honestly say that 'The Old gym' workout is a thing of the past, no longer am I fighting my body to stay fit, Pilates has allowed my body to work with me, and I am loving it.  My old aches and pains just aren't there anymore, and every class is another opportunity to experience the total body workout.  To have such a wonderfully equipped Pilates Studio as well as such a brilliant instuctor like Karen is fantastic for St Helens.   Well done Karen, I think you are as amazing as your workouts.</description>
